Our Policy At A Glance

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for any items purchased on our store.

Original Condition

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Free UAE Returns & Pickups

For all returns within the UAE, we arrange a free courier pickup from your doorstep. There are zero shipping or restocking fees for local returns.

Swift Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you and process your refund back to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Exclusions

For health, safety and hygiene reasons, personalized products, gift cards, and items marked as final clearance sale cannot be returned.
