RETURN POLICY
Returns within 10 Calendar Days:
Items purchased on https://beram.ae/ can be returned in new and unused condition within 15 days from shipment for a full refund of the product purchase price or a replacement product.
To initiate a return for countertop appliances, kitchenware, and kitchen tools, visit your Beram account page and select "My Orders" to view eligible orders for online returns.
If unable to initiate the return online, call our returns team at +971 abc to start the return process and obtain a prepaid shipping label.
Once returned items are validated to be in new and unused condition, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Returns for Major Appliances:
Within 10 days, no return fees apply for major appliances in new and unused condition.
After 10 days but within 20 days, a 15% restocking fee applies, with a 15 AED minimum.
After 30 days, if still under warranty, call for warranty service or repair.
For returns from Remote Locations, a flat 20 AED restocking fee applies.
Products Damaged Upon Delivery:
If products are damaged upon delivery, request a return, reorder, or exchange for new and unused items.
For exchanges, no additional fees apply. For returns, product refunds are issued, excluding delivery, shipping, and service fees.

Returns for Parts & Accessories:
Returns for major appliance parts & accessories must be requested within 15 days.
Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.
Returns for Countertop Appliance Parts & Accessories:
Complete the return form and send the item back in new and unused condition to the provided address.

Expectations and Cancellations:
Refunds take approximately two weeks to process, excluding any return fees or adjustments.
Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
